25 years ago on June 30 1989, Sue Ferguson purchased this clinic from chiropractor John Irvine and we became Mosman Chiropractic Centre. Although we have had a few changes on the surface, like our new ramp and garden, clinic upgrades, a few wrinkles and grey hairs that have snuck in, we still see many of our original clientele who have grown with us over the past 25, 30 plus years. The babies grow up, the mothers become grandmothers, the rugby players coach their kids teams (and curse their knees), a surprising number of the kids have become chiropractors and we have grown to become a respected part of our health community.
I am so proud of the people who have been part of our clinic over the years, like chiropractors Eric Conti, Ian Curnow, receptionists Gwennie and Jane and appreciate our outstanding long term team of Ashley Hall (15 years) Colleen, Rebecca, Liz, and Helen and welcome our new growth of chiropractor Honnie and chiropractic student/receptionist Amy.
The wonderful part of our clinic is seeing our community grow, working from times of pain and injuries to assist in understanding causes and working to rehabilitate, adjusting their bodies and preventing future injuries. With ongoing study we continue to learn more about the complexities of how our body works and why our role in complimentary health care is so important in keeping healthy throughout life.
Thank you all, staff and patients for your long term support, we really appreciate it and look forward to many decades ahead being part of your community. Sue Ferguson
